Who we are

ChessStrology is a brand operated by Chicago Minded LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you were charged at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Made-to-order products

Our apparel is printed individually after you order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and placement can vary a small amount between items. That variation is normal for printed apparel and isn’t a defect. Genuine defects are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it, in whole or in part.

Our designs and content

All designs, artwork, slogans, text, and images on this site belong to Chicago Minded LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product doesn’t transfer any rights in the design. Please don’t reproduce our artwork on your own merchandise.

Using this site

Don’t use this site to break the law, interfere with how it works, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape it at a scale that degrades it for other people.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you make one, keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Reviews and submissions

If you leave a review or send us a photo, you confirm it’s your own work and you give us permission to display it on the site and in our marketing. We may remove content that’s abusive, misleading, or unrelated to the product.

Limits on our liability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chicago Minded LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order is the version that applies to your order.
