Shipping policy

How long it takes

Every garment is printed for you after you order, so there are two stages: production, then delivery.

Production takes 2–5 business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes a further 3–4 business days once your order ships. Most orders arrive within about a week and a half of ordering.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends and holidays begin production the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States. If you’re outside the US, contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm whether we can reach you and what it costs.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what’s in your cart. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay — we never add charges afterwards.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered by email immediately after payment. Nothing ships and no shipping is charged. If your download link doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

Orders with more than one item

Items are sometimes produced separately and may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost to you. If part of your order is still missing after a week, get in touch.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we’ll reship once you’ve confirmed the correct address, though reshipping costs may apply.

Delays outside our control

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands. Weather, holidays, and carrier backlogs can add time. If your order is significantly overdue, email us and we’ll chase it.
